What to expect when you visit our carpet store

VISIT OUR CARPET STORE
Once you walk into our carpet store, one of our flooring consultants will greet you. We will ask you a few questions to narrow down about ten to twenty products from thousands. We will go a little further and fine-tune these questions and look at a few products to narrow your selection to about two or three options.
SCHEDULE A MEASURE AND GET A QUOTE
We will obtain your info and some notes on what we talked about and add you to our system to avoid having to go through this whole process again when you come back. We will send you home with samples for the selection process and set up a measurement date.
Our estimator usually arrives within an hour window of your scheduled measure time. He will make a diagram of the work you would like done, add any notes needed, and take pictures of the job site. The estimator usually turns in the job information and returns any samples to the flooring consultant that same day.
Your flooring consultant gets working on figuring out your job layout, quantity, labor, etc., and generates quotes for the products you picked. Expect a phone call or email with your quotes within one or two business days after the measure. Even though we do our best to get a quote to you quickly, sometimes same-day quotes are not always possible. If you are still unsure which product you would like after you receive your quote, we can order some sample swatches to be sent to you to finalize your selection.
CHOOSE THE FLOORING YOU WOULD LIKE
Once you have picked a product, your flooring consultant will verify the proposal for accuracy. Once the proposal is signed and payment or deposit is collected, it's time to order your flooring. But first, the order is sent to Jake Bouquet, our Chief Operations Officer, who will make sure that the layout and quantity are correct before ordering. This process usually transpires the same or day after the order signs off.
SCHEDULE YOUR INSTALLATION
Once we place the order, we send the receiving info to Chris Boerema, our Director of Operations, to schedule the delivery and installation date within two business days. Before this installation, you will receive a phone call and/or email to remind you of your installation date and time.
Your installation team will arrive within a 2-hour window of your scheduled appointment. The installer will implement any necessary tasks to complete the work on your order. This includes moving furniture within reason. After the installation, we will clean your home, leaving it free from any scraps and fragments.
You can expect a call within one to two business days after your installation. We do this to ensure the installation was to your satisfaction. At that time, we will run the credit card we have on file for you. This is only for any outstanding balance not paid to the installers.
