Q:  What do you like best about the company culture?

A:  Being part of a team with such depth of flooring knowledge is incredible. The trust we have in each other when accomplishing tasks is truly special. I'm so grateful for the culture here and all that it provides.

Q:  What is a fact about you that few people are aware of?

A:  Many don't know that I'm actually petrified of car washes. The combination of loud noises, unfamiliar sensations, and the confined space creates a sense of unease.

Q:  What's the most unique aspect of working here?

A:  There are many enjoyable aspects to working here at Creative Carpet & Flooring. However, the most special one is when customers share their amazing reviews. It's fantastic to be part of such an outstanding team.

Q:  If there's one thing you could tell your 18-year-old self, what would it be?

A:  Looking back on life, one of the most meaningful gifts you can give yourself is to show your parents love & appreciation while you have the chance. Take some quality time out and cherish every moment with them. Your 18-year-old self won't regret it!

Q:  What's your favorite part of being a Creative Carpet & Flooring member?

A:  Being a part of Creative Carpet & Flooring is terrific. Even though it's just work, it feels like being part of a big family.

A:  Schererville, Indiana.

A: Mannington's Mountain View in Hickory Wood has earned the title of my favorite flooring in my own home for one simple reason—it has stood the test of time remarkably well.
