A: My transition to Creative Carpet & Flooring stemmed from a medical setback that restricted my ability to commute. Given my family's involvement in the business and the immediate need for help in the warehouse, it was a natural choice to join forces with the team.

A: Currently, I'm engrossed in the crime drama "Peaky Blinders," set in post-World War I Birmingham, England.
Q: How have you grown professionally while working with us?
A: Over time, I've notably improved my communication skills, particularly in phone interactions and voicemail etiquette, which were previously areas of challenge for me.
Q: What is your favorite activity for fun and why?
A: These days, I find joy in exploring new adventures with my energetic 2-year-old son, Bryson, who amazes me with his directions to the park, showcasing his budding independence.

A: My advice for newcomers is to prioritize self-care with essentials like ice packs and foam rollers, given the job's physical demands.
