Meet Trish Rosko, Client Services Coordinator at Creative Carpet & Flooring in Mokena, Illinois
Q: What’s your favorite part of being a member of Creative Carpet & Flooring?
A: One thing I love about our team is how family-oriented we are and how much everyone genuinely cares about each other's happiness and productivity. When challenges arise, my team members listen and work creatively to find solutions. It's really refreshing to be in a place where people genuinely care - something that's hard to find in businesses these days.
Q: What issue will you always speak your mind about?
A: I always emphasize the importance of balancing technology with human connection. We learn so much from personal interactions and shared experiences, while technology boosts our productivity and creativity. To truly grow, we need a healthy mix of both.
Q: As a member of our team, what has been your greatest accomplishment?
A: Learning a new software system at my age was definitely intimidating, but it has been gratifying. It has improved our accountability, follow-up, and communication across the board. Now, we are all on the same page, sharing valuable information. As a result, our customers always feel supported and are constantly aware of the process.
Q: What is a fact about you that few people are aware of?
A: A fun fact about me? Well, I'm basically a human without a "sniff-o-meter." Thanks to a high school mishap, I have absolutely no sense of smell. So, if you're wondering why I never complain about foul odors, now you know my little secret!
Q: Is there anything you have noticed about our leadership team that stands out to you?
A: What stands out to me about our leadership team is how forward-thinking they are. In an industry that's often slow to embrace change, Creative Carpet is the opposite. They’re always looking ahead, working smart, and ensuring our customers have a 5-star experience. Their knowledge and guidance are top-notch, especially when facing challenges. It's clear that our customers are always the top priority, making Creative Carpet the best place to buy flooring!
Q: Where is your hometown?
A: I grew up in Flossmoor, Illinois. It's a small town with a big golf history. The Flossmoor Country Club, one of the oldest in the Midwest, was founded in 1899 and even hosted the PGA Championship in 1920. Golf was more than just a sport; it was a community builder that shaped Flossmoor into a "golfing capital" that attracted people from all over.
Q: What is your favorite flooring?

A: My favorite flooring is Karastan's Majestic Vision in Gypsy Moth. I love how it adds a touch of elegance to any room with its rich color and subtle pattern. It's durable enough to handle daily wear and tear but feels soft underfoot. Plus, it's easy to maintain, a massive bonus for a busy household like mine.
