Q: Why did you join Creative Carpet & Flooring?
A: I chose to be a part of Creative Carpet & Flooring because I was seeking a company that I could trust. The glowing reviews from my circle about their positive experiences here filled me with anticipation to join the team, knowing that I was making a secure and confident decision.
Q: What is your favorite destination, and why?
A: My favorite place is, without a doubt, my home. I'm a bit of a homebody and love being surrounded by my favorite people and dogs. Honestly, if I didn't have to go out, I would be perfectly happy just staying at home all the time!
Q: What motivates you to work for Creative Carpet & Flooring?
A: While financial gain is undeniably important, my true drive comes from a deep-seated love for helping people bring their dream spaces to life. The joy I feel when working with customers to design their projects and the satisfaction of seeing it all come together beautifully is a testament to my genuine care and dedication to my work at Creative Carpet & Flooring.
Q: What's your favorite store and why?
A: My favorite stores are Crate and Barrel and Pottery Barn. I really enjoy updating my home with new furniture and décor. I worked at Pottery Barn as a designer for several years, and I took that job mainly because of the fantastic employee discount—it's really that good!
Q: What do you like best about the company culture?
A: Creative Carpet & Flooring is truly a hidden gem! The best part about the culture here is how supportive everyone is. Team members genuinely want each other to succeed, and that kind of encouragement is hard to find in many workplaces. It makes coming to work enjoyable!
Q: Where is your hometown?
A: While I currently reside in Mokena, I grew up in Tinley Park, Illinois. This town celebrates its German heritage and even has Sister City relationships with Büdingen, Germany, and Mallow, Ireland. It's a community that values its history and connections.
Q: What is your favorite flooring?
Paramount Flooring - Santa Barbara in Butterfly Beach
A: Hallmark Floors has some gorgeous options. However, Paramount Flooring's Santa Barbara in Butterfly Beach is my favorite. Its timeless beauty and high-quality materials make it a product that I am truly passionate about and appreciate.
Q: What flooring do you currently have in your home?
Paramount Flooring - Mountain Heritage in Brown Bear
A: My favorite flooring in my home is Paramount Flooring's Mountain Heritage in Brown Bear. If I could change the color, I might, but I love how well it has held up over the last ten years. With two lively Labradors, three kids, and my husband, durability is critical, and this flooring has proven incredibly strong!

As a Flooring Consultant, she excels at collaborating with builder accounts and retail customers to bring their design dreams to life. Brittany thrives in the supportive atmosphere, where teamwork and success are intertwined, drawing inspiration from colleagues like Mark and Dana. Outside of work, she cherishes her time at home in Mokena with her family and dogs, often unwinding by binge-watching her favorite TV series. Her love for family time is a testament to her warm and empathetic nature. With three college degrees unrelated to flooring, Brittany’s diverse background adds a unique flair to her role. She dreams of a sunny beach getaway complete with a swim-up bar, where relaxation and fun go hand in hand—sounds like paradise!
