Q: How would you sum up your work?
A: My job involves aiding insurance and restoration companies in helping customers rebuild their homes to pre-loss condition. I make sure that the process of getting them back into their home is as smooth and timely as possible.
Q: What do you like to do to unwind?
A: When it comes to letting off some steam, I enjoy going for a bike ride or relaxing by the poolside. It's the perfect way to take my mind off things and enjoy the moment. It's also a great way to de-stress and enjoy the outdoors.
Q: Describe your team.
A: My team is truly remarkable. We are all here for each other, and there is a real sense of unity that drives us to success. Everyone plays a crucial role, and together, we make up the complete company. We are definitely the dream team!
Q: What's the best piece of advice you've ever received?
A: One of the most valuable pieces of advice I received was that not every problem can be solved. You have to figure out if you're willing to accept an imperfect solution or take the plunge to find a better one.
Q: What’s your favorite part of being a member of Creative Carpet & Flooring?
A: Being part of Creative Carpet & Flooring is an enjoyable experience for me - I feel less stressed and receive more support than I ever had before. That's the part I enjoy most about being a member here.
Q: Where is your hometown?
A: My hometown, Streamwood, Illinois, holds a special place in my heart, but for the past 30 years, I have called Woodridge, Illinois, my home.

A: My favorite flooring is wood in any style and color. I like it because of its natural beauty and the fact that it "breathes" in your home, unlike most other materials.
